what is this about?

I'm trying to understand how to use this? so can I use tcl to configure my tmux? or can I create tmux script with tcl language? the readme is confusing, will be good if there are detailed step-by-step tutorial type of docs.

After haggling I figured that you run the ./configure (sets up for you). Then you can reference their sample tcl example to start scripting your custom tmux ☺️
