Adding support for Elixir

Yes, but most of the IDE support is language specific. Only the libraries for handling the erlang runtimes are common. So it's unfortunately not an easy task; I'd say it requires a separate project.

+1, Elixir looks like Erlang reborn in the mainstream, it will be great to have an IDE plugin integrates both as interlanguage projects is a frequent case.
