Can pre-release canditates always be tagged with `rc`? I'm thinking of the major version tags like `26` or `27`. Currently, if one wants to stay always on the latest stable...

https://www.erlang.org/patches/otp-27.1.3 has not been released as a docker image (the last 27.1.x tag I can see on https://hub.docker.com/_/erlang/tags is 27.1.2). Is it just missing?
