Extra blank page always gets printed

Hi Erik,

first of all thanx for the plugin.

I have an issue whenever I print something (even if it is a small page that doesn't exceed printer's size) the content prints okay but with a blank page extra.

My system config: WIN XP SP3 Firefox 4.0.1
