What connection is needed for Denons SC5000

Hi I need some help connecting Unbox with Denon Prime. I have 2 Denons sc5000 and Denon mixer X1800. what connections are needed to Unbox ? I tried USB/ LAN to my computer, sorry very new on this. Thanks!

Hey no problem, so you'll want to connect an ethernet cable from the "PC" port on the back of your X1800 to your modem / router. Once you've done that your mixer should be discoverable so you can open up unbox and select the Denon mode, and wait for the latest track to enter unbox. Thanks Erik for your reply! So everything is connected but once unbox goes on "Denon" mode the software crash by it self. My computer is running on wifi and the 1800mixer is connected LAN PC" to the same wifi/router. Specs. Imac mini Catalina OS 10.15.7 1800 firmware 1.3

Sorry clarifying my mixer is running the latest firmware 1.6 as well sc5000s 2.1.2

Can you try installing this version of unbox? https://github.com/erikrichardlarson/unbox/releases/download/9.0/unbox_mac.zip

Let me know if unbox crashes / if your track data streams into unbox, I think you may have been using v10 of unbox which doesn't have Denon support right now.
