Problem opening in mac

Hey Eric, I hope you are having a great day. When downloading the mac unbox download, i'm receiving this message (image below) is there anything i can do on my end to fix this Screen Shot 2021-10-01 at 9 54 43 AM ?

I'm also having trouble opening the current version and the version you mention above in #51 - Mac Mini M1 with MacOS Monterey 12.1
