Installation on Windows throws an error

Installation is complete but it throws this error multiple times during installation.

I see, so it is not working on Windows but majority of people use Windows?

by the way why OS: Arch Linux x86_64 is better than Ubuntu?

Yeah, IMO. Arch is like Vanilla Linux. You can customize it as much as you want.
