Polygon Mainnet node stuck after 2.60.2 upgrade

Expected behaviour

Node sync fine

Actual behaviour

Node is stuck with this message and does not advance further

[EROR] [07-11|02:12:44.389] Staged Sync                              err="[3/15 BorHeimdall] can't initialise validator sets: missing header persisting validator sets: (inside loop at 58000000)"

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

It did not happen with all the nodes but a couple of nodes upgraded from 2.58.2 to 2.60.2 have this error. Heimdall has been isolated to not be a problem as another node sharing the same heimdall endpoint syncs fine

Polygon is deprecated in Erigon 2. Please re-open if the issue still happens with v3.0.0-beta2
