Okay, made a reproducing case, and yes, it appears that the id is a string not a number:

I was trying to figure out versions wiht a client (they are on 3.14.0), and the alert is for 4.2.. However, going to https://github.com/querqy/smui/releases I don't see a 4.2, only...

@DmitryKey Have you looked at the Books infrastructure yet? YOu can merge various books together into new books, and then use that to populate a Case... There might be some...
