npm test:e2e:run fails nearly all the time

Repro:

• Run npm run validate or npm run test:e2e:run on a Macbook pro M3 from the latest epic-stack that is using prima 5.11.0 (I did not try earlier versions of prisma)
• This also fails on a Windows machine running Windows 11

Expected

• Tests run and succeed systematically

Actual:

• Quite often the tests fail because of prisma issues (1 out of 2). Sometimes I never get a green run.

What I tried:

• This also happens when I run from the playwright UX.
• This happens also on my bigger app that is based on epic stack

I've seen this "panic" error before. I have no idea what it means nor how to fix it. I'd love for someone to dig into things further if possible! 🙏

If it can be recovered by running the test again and I am the only seeing such a high failure rate then it might not be worth spending much more time on this. I wanted to check if other people have the repro on the vanilla epic stack first. I will run a few other experiments and post my findings here.

It was suggested I tries to set WAL mode but it did not fix the issue. This failure seldom happens on the CI environment, so I wonder what the difference might be between the CI environment and the local environment.
