Encode videos to H.264

Is there a way to select H.264 as the output video encoder in Aespa? We need this to play the videos in a web browser. The current codec is not supported (at least in Chrome). I tried to convert it myself using ffmpeg-iOS, but it seems it does not support H.264.

However, it seems as if this can be achieved using the right capture settings:
