Handle <think> block for chain-of-thought

The issue

I am using a local "chain-of-thought" ai, added manually to the menu. Those models start the messages with a block where they "think" about the question before answering. Currently the think block is not handled and shown as text. It should be hidden/made smaller or with lighter text.

what about thread like view with custom styling for anything between them like in the ai agents
