Added support for Android devices. Tested to also work with linux devices. Differences in *.cpp and *.h are not relevant for the ENCRYPTO_utils project (but in ABY project, see pull request there), only in cmake related files.

MIRACL is not used in this project anymore. Please remove all changes concerning MIRACL.
