[Bug]: Jittery frame rate compared to the non-modded version

The frame rate when using this mod is really inconsistent on my 240hz VRR screen. Despite running at 60fps with "perfect frame pacing" according to RSS.
I can see the cameras jitter even though this motion inconsistency doesn't register to the frame rate counters.
I tried every possible option, tried the defaults, tried to change stuff in the .ini, tried to lock the frame rate externally. nothing helps.
The non-modded version runs perfectly, no jitter in motion.
Hm, did you try changing FramerateFastLoad? The default 3 lets the game load stuff during framelimiting, which could possibly cause jitter.
In latest builds I did add some framelimiter improvements which might help too, haven't made a release with them yet though, maybe worth trying out: https://github.com/emoose/OutRun2006Tweaks/actions/runs/12147852147/artifacts/2269828396
What i did was to disable the windowed mode from the outrun2006.ini file and that seems like it fixed my issue.
I'm gonna also try your solution and edit the post here.
Edit: I tried the linked version and i also changed FramerateFastLoad to "1". If the game is in borderless window it still stutters occasionally. The only solution seems to be running at fullscreen.
If you can see slowdowns when starting the race (intro) then you can try a different value for VibrationControllerId. For me default 0 was perfectly working fine, except I noticed it introduces slowdowns, f.e. in the intro with your car ready to race. VibrationControllerId = 1 solved any issue: no slowdown, controller rumble still perfectly working.
