can anticheats detect this as something bannable?

Was thinking on using it to add DLAA to tarkov instead of just dlss, but I don't know if will be detected as a cheat by anticheat software from multiplayer games

any idea?

There's a chance it might be detected, this doesn't modify the game code itself but does hook into DLSS using same methods as some game cheats, can't really get around that unfortunately.

If tarkov lets you use DLSS 3.1.11+ you could force DLAA through global NV profile instead, wouldn't need any kind of code hooks for that, the DLSSTweaksConfig.exe tool can let you change that at the bottom of the list.
