The autosave dialog is not skipped

The title says it I guess. The intro logos are properly skipped, but not the autosave message. Playing in french, in case that has an impact.

Only Arise-SDK 0.1.4 skips it atm, unfortunately skipping it had side effect of stopping voice language selection from working properly (and I think skipped something sign-in related), so I had to change the patch to only skip intros instead.

There's probably some way to skip just the dialog and leave voice-language/sign-in stuff alone, but haven't found it yet, guess I'll leave this issue open until it gets fixed properly.

(I should have updated README about this actually.. will do that now)
