New chapter: deployment

This would be chapter 14

I think we should:

  1. At the end of each chapter, add an explicit (user facing) step to git commit the progress (and explain it the first time)
  2. At the last/deployment chapter, git push to GitHub
  3. Setup Netlify integration

That should be all?
