Added project dependencies

Is there any reason why dependencies where not listed in the project? They should be, least as a peer-dependencies...

Anyways, this PR fixes it. It also updates the existing packages to fix vulnerabilities.

It's also dependant from #39 since I'm adding node-pty (which should be the way to go) instead of pty.js

Any idea when this can be merged and published in npm?
