haskell-c2hs-mode support

Tbh I don't know if haskell-ide-engine supports c2hs files.

I think that's the main issue. If haskell-language-server supports it, it's easy enough for us to hook into haskell-c2hs-mode, but if it doesn't then that won't do anything.
