I keep running into this issue when I H or W on an image with evil-collection. I'd be happy to contribute a pull request, but I'm not sure which emacs versions this project aims to support.

‘image-transform-fit-to-height’ is an obsolete command (as of 29.1); use ‘image-transform-fit-to-window’ instead.
