Poor visibility with high contrast desktop theme

Browser attempts to implement the desktop color scheme for default colors, however partial color overrides by the page can create situations with poor contrast. The package repo is one such site. (Firefox used to update colors if the desktop theme was changed and the page reloaded, but this is no longer the case, requiring the use of a different browser for visibility.)
