Gentoo MELPA integration issue?

The second causes issue in portage. Is there unwanted duplication?

The duplication is indeed unwanted - it's likely due to the fact that this package got renamed from the first one to the second one.

I don't know much about the Gentoo MELPA integration so I don't know how best to help.
