It seems that the old maintainer doesn't work at @livehelpnow anymore and the repo didn't get much attention since. Would it maybe be possible to transfer it (to @elixir-ecto for example) to at least get some PRs merged?

@ewitchin we can definitely accept this in the elixir-ecto org and try to gather folks attention. Can you please try transfering to elixir-ecto? If it doesn't work, please add me as admin to this project only and I can initiate it. :) Thanks!

The tds_encoding dependency also needs some updates to work with OTP 24 (see #2). I already submitted a PR for that. @mjaric Could you merge that and make a new release or should this repo also be transfered? (I could maintain it, if that's okay)

@josevalim I just released a new version (2.2.0). When I wanted to update it in one of my projects, I noticed that ecto_sql has the tds version pinned to 2.1.x. Would it be reasonable to change it to ~> 2.1?
