cant add add on in blender

hi when i try to add add on in blender this messages comes and i can't do anything/ please help me Modules Installed () from 'A:\textEffect_v0-99l blender patch aeblender.com\textEffect_v0-99l\textEffect_v0-99l.zip' into 'C:\Users\gulna\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.93\scripts\addons'

the same problem occured to me is it because of the version because i'm using a beta
