Download in background (orig: Blender just froze forever after I hit download)

  • Version of Blender: 2.90
  • Operating System: Windows Maybe it's because of my slow Internet speed but shouldn't this addon download it in the background while I am working on other things?

Ok indeed it does not download in background since this is tricky to do and would interrupt the user at random time, but it'll be a great improvment for sure.
