myCobot 280pi connection to PC error

Hi. Could someone help with such issue? I can't connect mycobot 280pi to my windows PC. When i'm trying to connect by USB-A -> USB-C to atom then mystudio is showing ATOM and it's Ok. But when i'm connecting PC to main (basic) board then mystudio shows nothing :( Even in windows there is no appearance of some new usb connection. Mycobot Basic doesn't appears as COM port when i'm connecting it through usb to my windows PC. But when i'm connecting it Atom head, then my PC shows COM3 device connected.

Also when i'm connecting keyboard through usb on mycobot it's Ok (that says that usb ports are working as i understand)

usb driver 9102 was pre-installed windows 10

Hello, the Raspberry PI version needs to be connected to other upper computers through network cable or wireless connection. For the use of mechanical arm, the built-in system of raspberry PI can already meet most applications.
