Change the name how my device is discovered with Bluetooth

Problem

Currently my device's name on Bluetooth is " snowparrot-ThinkPad-7775" . My headphones read the name if they are connected. The name is long, the reading is annoying and I like to short the name.

Also it is a privacy issue that my computer type is exposed on Bluetooth.

Proposal

Make it possible to change the bluetooth name.

Device name can now be changed in System so I think we just need to add a link?
