Package Tumbler conflicts with Files

Seems to be an issue related to 64bit time migration. libtumbler-1-0t64 seems to conflict with tumbler but not tumbler-common

tumbler also conflicts with all these packages bluez-cups cpdb-backend-cups cups cups-browsed cups-core-drivers cups-filters cups-filters-core-drivers hplip libcupsfilters2t64 libopenraw7 libopenrawgnome7 libpoppler-cpp0v5 libpoppler-glib8 libppd2 libtumbler-1-0 printer-driver-c2esp printer-driver-hpcups printer-driver-splix

I'm not sure if this is an upstream issue and we're waiting on a rebuild or if we need to move our dependency over to tumbler-common.

Also is this a hard dependency or should this be recommends?
