difficulty managing two windows of the same application

when I had opened two firefox windows both minimized and clicked on the application icon on the dock it always opens the second window and there was no possibility to open the first window

PR #73 is proposed to fix this.

Fixed in #210. We now show a window spread when there are more than 2 instances of an app
