Hard fail on parsing error

Try to restart the failed build as the last build seems to have no output?

Travis is saying the build is restarted but it's not actually happening. Maybe they're hiccuping right now.

Restarting individual jobs seems unresponsive as well. Guess we'll give it a minute.

@MarshallOfSound should I go ahead and cut a new patch release with the latest fixes, or wait for this to sort out first?

@zeke This was just a quick fix for an open issue 😄 Don't have my heart set on it going in any time soon. Would be good to get the other fixes out in a release though
