What do you think of putting Ackee into the DigitalOcean Marketplace? That would simplify the setup for noobs like me. 😊

Sounds like a good idea, but I'm not a DigitalOcean user and therefore can't provide any support. The guide contains several steps and tools (Packer/Fabric) I'm not familiar with.

Let me know if you or someone else wants to create a Ackee droplet! I'm happy to help wherever I can.

I'm interested as well. Right now, as I understand it, Ackee only uses MongoDB, which accordingly to every single documentation I've read costs too much $ to handle. Amazon came up with something similar recently, but it also costs quite a bit. I'm trying to write a port to MYSQL but I'm afraid I was born stupid or something because I can't figure it out. Makes my head ache. Having a one-click-install for DigitalOcean would be ideal. Heck, I would even pay if it was for sale there.

Maybe you can create an account on Uberspace and follow this guide, @doncabreraphone.? But if someone from @digitalocean can help to bring it to their marketplace I would like that too. Unfortunately, I don't know Docker and Packer/Fabric.
