[Metrics UI] Fix popup when grouping by a custom field

When trying to group by a custom field, the popup would sometimes be off the screen. This only seemed to happen when my resolution was smaller such as when viewing full screen on my laptop at 1680px. In larger resolutions it works but it flashes in a different location first. Screen Shot 2021-04-27 at 3 09 09 PM
