[Docs] Guidelines on how to author a pattern

The purpose of this task is to write guidelines under the Contributing section on how to author a pattern, e.g. where to add it, what is the pattern page structure, etc.

The document covers the initial process, yes. Some portion of that could be used to write the guidance that Weronika is suggesting. As she notes, we can add specifics on where to add these 'Usage patterns' and the general structure. For example, how the Modal page includes 'Usage' and 'Guidelines'.

Relatedly, we can think about how we capture the Do's and Do not's during the design phase, directly in our Figma files (life goals 😄 )
