[Docs] Investigate and document how to easily edit docs

The purpose of this task is to investigate how to easily contribute to the new docs without having to clone the repo. The steps should be easy enough for a non-technical person to follow.

@weronikaolejniczak The easiest thing to do, at least for quick edits, I think is to just use the "Edit this page" button and do it through the Github UI.

@tkajtoch also discussed using the https://github.dev/github/dev flow.
