[FieldValueSelectionFilter] [i18n] Missing `i18n` for `"No options found"` and `"Loading"` default text

Describe the bug The "No options found" and "Loading" text are provided as hard-coded strings in the FieldValueSelectionFilter component and are not passed through i18n - this is causing issues in Kibana for when a custom message is not provided, since these strings aren't getting translated:
