[EuiComboBox] could benefit from having `searchableLabel` like [EuiSelectable]

It wasn't called out in the docs, but I was able to leverage the renderOptions function in [EuiComboBox] to achieve an effect similar to the Custom content example of EuiSelectable.

It would be helpful if [EuiComboBox] had a searchableLabel prop like [EuiSelectable].

You'd not only achieve component consistency, but you'd be able to leverage description search from EuiComboBox like you can in EuiSelectable as well.

The timeline is not yet known, but we'll be rebuilding EuiComboBox with EuiSelectable: #2841 We'll add searchableLabel at time but not likely before.
