[EuiSuggest] Accept `isPreFiltered` prop

How do I disable filtering on the EuiSuggest component. Is there a property I can pass in such as isPreFiltered?

Not currently, but that does make sense and would be very easy to implement (pass isPreFiltered directly through to EuiSelectable).
