[EuiFilterGroup] Allow easy clearing of selections

Current situation

When a user has many selected options in a filter group multi-select, it's taking a lot of clicks to clear the selection.

Requested feature

Make it easy to clear to filter selection with one or two clicks.

We have a design for this ready to go, it mainly just needs to be implemented in the docs as a pattern because the component doesn't maintain any internal state. Then we might want to build this pattern in to the EuiSearchBar's use of it.
