Build failures with Search-Elasticsearch-Client-7_0-8.12 (file with spaces)

The latest release Search-Elasticsearch-Client-7_0-8.12 cannot be built. On a freebsd system it looks like this:

Tried to use make dependency with space for make that can't:
  'lib/Search/Elasticsearch/Client/7_0/Direct/SearchableSnapshots copy.pm'

It looks to me that this file shouldn't be in the tarball at all.

I renamed this file, sorry for the inconvenience. I'll release v8.12.1 soon.

Hello, I'm also having

make: *** No rule to make target 'lib/Search/Elasticsearch/Client/7_0/Direct/SearchableSnapshots', needed by 'manifypods'.  Stop.
  EZIMUEL/Search-Elasticsearch-Client-7_0-8.12.tar.gz

I take that from cpan. Has it been fixed? Something I can do ?
