Do we have any temp documentation or blog post that has this setup guide with Elastic Agent?

We're working on something that makes it easier (https://github.com/elastic/integrations/pull/2972) but you can use the Custom Logs integration and add the Filebeat config from the docs in the advanced section of the add integration page.
