OTel bridge require null transaction result

The Node.js APM agent needs to update for this OTel Bridge spec change: https://github.com/elastic/apm/pull/649 as described in this comment: https://github.com/elastic/apm/pull/649#issuecomment-1155481950

This agent doesn't (cannot) use the gherkin specs, so we don't get an automated PR to update for the apm.git change above.
