Add loong64 support

LoongArch is a risc architecture, like RISCV. This PR is used to support LoongArch.

Looks like there are no Node.js binaries provided yet: https://nodejs.org/dist/v21.5.0/

It's my fault. Binary on the LoongArch platform is still in the experimental stage. LoongArch binary release at: https://unofficial-builds.nodejs.org/download/release.
