Confirm "stop recording"

It's very easy to accidentally touch "stop recording" when trying to select "graph" - this action should be confirmed.

Backing out of a menu without saving already shows a confirmation screen, so there is precedent.

"Delete" from the file manager probably should also confirm.

Confirmations are a user preference, and might be made optional - this could be under the "Encoder and User sw." settings, although the menu might need a more generic name in that case, such as "Controls" (for front panel controls).
