Rethink "comic"/"chapter" division entirely

Mel actually wants to tell multiple stories set in the same universe in parallel, which doesn't fit with the current setup: they aren't distinct comics at all, just separate stories.

But a story may also have several chapters to it, so merely deleting the "comic" level doesn't quite work either.

Maybe I want something that would function more like separate "columns" on a single news site than separate blogs like LJ...

note that mel wants several stories running at the same time that are part of the same universe and broader story. and each of those stories may have multiple chapters.

would like this all to not complicate the schema even further, too. not immediately sure what to do here.
