Stop using tempfile filenames as permanent filenames

They don't have all that much entropy and will probably collide soon.

• [ ] Figure out what filenames should be (trust the original? let the upload endpoint choose?)
• [ ] Figure out whether the filestore endpoint should actually use the same names or what
• [ ] Something, something, file extensions as well
