Hour Checker not working Correctly

Hour Checker sometimes dont allow users above of required hours also stopping some profiles that already public i think after the new steam profile system update Cow Also need some upgrade Thanks for amazing Anticheat

Cow auth key is disabled in http://www.cowanticheat.com/CheckProfile.php . Check it : http://www.cowanticheat.com/CheckProfile.php?steamid=steamid64
