Disable anykey Insert mode

Hello,

I would like to know how to Disable anykey INSERT MODE.

currently if I type any keys which are not mapped to anything then editor goes to INSERT mode.

Can you provide an example? When you are in NORMAL mode, just some keys send to INSERT mode.
