allow php 8.0

This allows PHP 8.0 in the composer.json. The tests run ok, and I haven't had any problems using 8.0 in production ( yet :) )

Thanks for the PR, but I thought >=7.2 would allow php 8 (I might be wrong), but ye it's been tested on php8, and our travis test have it setup
