Can't find user to add to namespace

I'm the owner of the lexical-lsp namespace on https://open-vsx.org. I need to add another user to the namespace but they're not coming up in the user search modal.

The user I'm trying to add is icecreamcohen. They've created their account and accepted both the Eclipse Contributor Agreement and Open VSX Publisher Agreement.

When searching for ic, the only 3 users I get are iciclesoft, icycodes and icyleaf. Searching for ice yields no results at all.
