Search is returning unusual results - search for "oracle" get any extension with tag "orange"

Hi, I did a search for "oracle" and the results include three extensions that do not have "oracle" in any location. I verified this occurs on open-vsx.org and also vscodium.

The extensions it finds are: https://open-vsx.org/extension/abelfubu/abelfubu-dark https://open-vsx.org/extension/hc/wallace-corporation https://open-vsx.org/extension/EventHorizon/ax-theme

All three have "orange" as a tag.

It seems like things are improved. At least those three extensions that have nothing to do with "oracle" (except that "orange" happens to be a tag and shares the first three letters with "oracle") are at the end of the list.

But I think that it is not useful to return tags containing "orange" at all when you search for "Oracle".

No sooner did I post that, then someone created "Orange Custom Theme" extension! In the search for "oracle" it has better placement than SQLTools which is a very popular database extension!
